| After every session, your wine is racked and allowed time to adjust to the changes it has undergone. |

| When you return for your next visit, you will transfer your wine into a sterilized carboy- leaving behind unwanted sediment. |

| After your second rack, return to filter your wine through 3 organic cotton filter pads to remove all sediment. |
|
|
|
| Bring totally clean bottles from home or we can supply you with bottles. Sanitize them in our state-of-the-art system. |
